  • Horse Connections is purely an advertising provider and does not provide endorsements for any of the items advertised on this web site.
  • It is the responsibility of the purchaser and user of this site to fully evaluate the suitability of any of the services, products or sale items and ensure that the seller is indeed the legal owner.
  • Horse Connections assumes no responsibility for any errors or misrepresentations contained in ads found on this site. All ads are written by the owners / representatives of horses and business themselves. However we would like any gross misrepresentations to be brought to our attention so that the ad in question can be removed and the advertiser disqualified from advertising with Horse Connections in the future.
  • Advertisers must have the legal right to place any ad on this web site ie advertiser must be the owner or have the owners permission.
  • Advertisers must complete an initial Customer Set Up form, details held on this form will not be published on the web site. On completion of this set up the advertiser will be allocated a customer number, which they should use each time an ad is submitted for inclusion on this web site.
  • Once an ad has been accepted an ad number will be allocated and in any correspondence with Horse Connections the advertiser should quote their customer number and ad number as a form of security.
  • Horse Connections reserves the right not to enter ads that are incomplete, in these circumstances you will be contacted by Horse Connections and asked to submit the required details.
  • It is the advertisers’ responsibility to advise Horse Connections of any changes to any of their ads. This is in the advertisers’ best interests to do so to ensure that up to date information is listed at all times.
  • Ads, photos and logos can be sent via email, but where payment is due this must be received before the ad is placed on the site.
